1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Grindforce, Inc. website or hiring us for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

2. Services & Site Conditions

Grindforce provides forestry mulching and land clearing (Property Resets). All work is subject to site conditions. Customers must disclose hazards like metal, tires, or concrete. As per our Debris Rule, we do not mulch over non-organic waste; such items must be cleared or handled via a separate Root Grapple Service agreement.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are valid for 30 days. We maintain a 0.50-acre project minimum. Acceptance of an estimate is a binding agreement to these terms. Pricing adjustments may occur for unforeseen ground conditions or debris discovered during the “On-site mulching” process.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash or Check. Past-due invoices may incur late fees or collection efforts.

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from Grindforce, Inc. regarding quotes, project layouts, and scheduling updates.

6. Liability & Insurance

GrindForce, Inc. is fully insured. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, underground utilities not marked by JULIE/811, or hidden structural issues. Any claims must be reported within 7 days of project completion. Grindforce, Inc. liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Grindforce, Inc. is not responsible for message delivery failures caused by carrier networks or device limitations.
